Ideal for nature lovers, active guests and families who are looking to explore the area and have somewhere quiet and comfortable to return to after a busy day.

This property is located down a quiet cul-del-sac just off the N25 main Waterford to Cork road and 500m from Lemybrien village centre.
Cycle/Walking
• The Waterford Greenway is 4km (Durrow) away and runs from Waterford City to Dungarvan, a distance of 45km.
• 5 min drive to the Comeragh Mountains
• 10 min drive to Coumshingaun Lake/Mahon Falls
Beaches
• 10 min drive to Clonea Beach/Stradbally Cove
• 25 min drive to Tramore Beach

• There is a supermarket, shop, public house and petrol station in Lemybrien village.
