We can accommodate 6 people within our 3 bedrooms and 2 extra guests in a 4th annex bedroom containing 2 single beds - just let us know if you want this 4th room prepared at a small extra cost. WiFi available. There's a very well equipped kids playroom and a large enclosed courtyard to the rear of the house (safe for kids). The Blue flag beaches of Clonea and Ardmore are only a little over an hour away. Guests can explore the nearby beautiful Glen of Ahelow and Galtee Mountains during their stay with us. There are many looped walks/bike trails offered. Other local activities include mountain biking, numerous golf courses, pitch&putt, fishing, hiking, horse racing, nearby indoor swimming pool and playground or check out a hurling game, Also fabulous award winning local restaurants. We are perfectly located for exploring all that Tipperary and this munster area has to offer so would recommend staying that extra night with us. To start, drive to "Christ the King" in the Glen of Aherlow and take in the breath-taking view of the Glen, travel on to explore Cahir castle, next Cashel and the majestic Rock of Cashel with lots of lovely places to eat here. Continue on to Holycross Abbey (15km) and Farney Castle. The following day Kilkenny City is only 1hr away, perfect to explore the medieval city and Kilkenny Castle, Mitchelstown caves (16km) are also worth visiting if you have time. We love meeting new people and take great satisfaction ensuring that you thoroughly enjoy your stay. We run a dairy farm and live nearby so are always available to answer whatever queries you may have.

You will find plenty to entertain young and old during your stay with us. It's a 10mins drive to the towns of Tipperary and Cahir, 15mins to the historic town of Cashel. Bansha Village is just 1km away where you will find two well stocked shops, a petrol station, fastfood takeaway, a church and Nellies Bar. There is a private avenue into the farmhouse thus making car parking safe and secure. We have sensor lights and CCTV cameras outside for your safety and security. If you are doing a tour of Ireland we are at the crossroads of your Irish journey when deciding to travel north, south, east or west. Many of our guests have told us they wished they had stayed longer with us. This is probably due to the tranquil setting and location of our house.
