The nearest village for shopping, restaurant and a pub is only 5 minutes away in Loughanure, and the award winning "Danny Minnies" restaurant is only 10 minutes away. The main town is Dungloe ,which hosts the international Mary from Dungloe Festival, from the last weekend in July to the first weekend in August, is only 10 minutes away. The local landscape is stunning and attracts visitors from all over the world with the opportunity to marvel at the natural beauty of the Poison Glen, Errigal and Dunlewey area on one side, which has an outdoor activities centre, including horseriding, for children and adults alike, and the breath-taking Wild Atlantic Way coastline on the other.
