Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Bed-type preference and smoking or non-smoking preference cannot be guaranteed and will be assigned on arrival. The fitness room, saunas and hot tubs are available at an additional cost. Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00. Extra beds are not available during Passover holiday. Please note that the hotel might perform a credit card validity check. When booking more than 6 rooms, must confirm with the hotel in advance and different policies & additional supplements may apply.
