Our luxurious villa is perfect for family getaways and offers an excellent location for exploring the region. The villa spans two levels: On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, master bedroom, children’s bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a large yard with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, pool table, ping-pong, basketball hoop, and BBQ station. On the upper level there are three additional bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to 15 guests, and pets are warmly welcomed. Our villa is designed for families and couples seeking comfort and space. The villa features two levels: On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, water bar, kettle, coffee machine, and cookware. A spacious living room with an 85-inch TV, master bedroom with a double bed, and a children’s bedroom with a wall-to-wall bed. On the upper level there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a large bathroom and toilet. There is also an option to add 2 double mattresses and 4 single mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. The outdoor area includes a heated swimming pool (9 x 3 meters), spa jacuzzi for 6 people, gas BBQ station with sink, outdoor dining area and spacious seating area, ping-pong table, foosball, basketball, pool table, sunbeds, and a 75-inch TV. The villa is suitable for up to 15 guests – optimally 8 adults and 7 children. For the convenience of religious guests, we provide a hot plate (plata) and Shabbat water urn (samovar). Free street parking is available. One of the bedrooms is a safe room (Mamad). Important: The villa is for families only. No parties of any kind are allowed. Loud music is strictly prohibited. Minimum age for guests is 25+. Please review the house rules.
