Living room furnished with a couch and a coffee table, equipped with a smart tv. Dining area with a table which can sit up to 6 people. Open full equipped kitchen. The balcony has a table and two chairs. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king size bed, full height closet and en suite full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. Bedroom 3: This is also the MAMAD (safe room) in case of emergency. Office space which can be turned into a bedroom with 2 single beds. Extra full bathroom with tub. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. THE NEIGHBORHOOD This is a recently built neighborhood in the south of Jerusalem, very quiet and safe. For families there is a park and a large shaded playground downstairs. Talpiyot neighborhood is just a few minutes away by car and offers a large range of supermarkets and restaurants. The city center is not far either (see below) GETTING AROUND The apartment is right by Route 60 which will take you straight to the old city by car (10 minutes) or by bus (25 minutes). If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
