Welcome to our 100-year-old heritage villa in Paravur, Kerala—an exquisite fusion of history and modern comfort. This meticulously restored homestay promises a serene and peaceful experience. Just a 10-minute drive from Paravur and Kaapil beaches, our antique-style villa boasts three bedrooms, seamlessly intertwining traditional charm with contemporary convenience. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a water heater, refrigerator, kettles, and additional beds available upon request. Breakfast and lunch available on request with additional charge. Plus, we have an electric car charging station conveniently located within the villa premises.
