This is my Privately owned apartment in Alore Grande Resort. I is ideally located on the main Candolim Sinquerim Calangute Road. Just Behind Delphinos Supermarket and near To Newtons Supermarket. Opp. Jazz Restuarant and near to Fishermans Cove Restaurant. The Decor in the Room is Welcome done Rustic touch. Newly done up Toilet Bathroom with Hot and cold water. There is a double bed and 2 mattresses for extra 2 guest. In the seating area there is a Sofa set and seating chairs. with a 26" flat TV with DishTV connection Channels. There is a Wardrobe and a 1.5Ton AC which provides cooling to all the area in the room. There is a kitchenette in the Living Room with Induction Hot Plate with cooking Utensils and Microwave and a Double door Fridge. There is a Dinning table which can be used as Bar counter.

All guest are welcome to my Property. My Manager is always there to welcome the guest. Housekeeping charges Rs.500 for 7 days stay

The Neighbourhood around the Property. This Property is in Alore Grande Resort but its Privatley owned by me. You can enjoy all Facilites in the Resort. Outside the property is Delphinos SuperMarket where you can by your Groceries, Beers and Alcohol . A few Mins away is the Newtons Supermarket similar to Delphinos Supermarket. Just Across the road is Candolim Beach 200 Mtrs. On the left side of Candolim Beach is Siquerim Beach and on right is Calangute and Baga Beach and Further North is Anjuna, Vagator and Arambol beaches. From Alore Grande property on south side is Fort Aquada that takes 10 mins and Fort Reiss Margoss is near Nerul Bridge just 10 mins. For Entertainment there is LKP Club near Nerul Bridge, Titos Club at Baga Beach. plus many more clubs at Baga. Guest can take a day tour by private cab or drive down to all places. Places to see is Old Goa church, Shantadurga Temple. and DudhSagar Waterfalls. Plus many Good Restaurants all along the Candolim road and candolim beach road.
