On the ground floor, a spacious living room welcomes you, accompanied by a convenient powder room and an adjoining kitchen with a dining area. Step outside to find a porch, car parking for 2 cars, and a private lawn within the compound. Venture to the first floor, where a large family room awaits, complemented by two balconies offering breathtaking views—one overlooking the sea and the other the river.
