The property is very close to the Varkala helipad and beach. The entrance to the property has a nice garden. The property is well equipped with several AC and NON AC rooms at affordable rates suitable for all age groups and family members. Bike rentals are available nearby. Also, the guests can have Ayurveda treatments from a registered doctor. Other facilities such as 'steam bath' on additional payment is also available. Nearby common public parking facility for all guests are availble at nearby "Varkala Helipad".
