Originally built to serve as the mayor’s residence, this 5-star heritage property is surrounded by a garden and is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. It offers free Wi-Fi access throughout its premises. Street parking is available. Le Dupleix is a 10-minute walk from Raj Nivas and a 15-minute drive from Pondicherry Railway Station. Villupuram Town is 36 km away. Fitted with tiled or wooden flooring, air-conditioned rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and a writing desk. Coffee/tea making facilities and a minibar are included. Private bathrooms come with hot and cold running water, as well as free toiletries.
