In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings.

We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.

1. The Hosteller's Unbox cafe is vegetarian and we promote self service only.

2. Cafe operates from 9 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 11 PM. Café timings may vary. Please refer to the Glu app for more details.

4. Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.

The hostel is pet friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.

Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform The Hosteller Manali, Old Manali in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
