Whether you're escaping the city, celebrating a special occasion, or just seeking quiet time in nature, you're very welcome here. As a local, I love sharing insights about the area—scenic spots, walking trails, local eateries, and cultural gems that many travelers miss. MAY FAIR VISTA - our family home, is nestled in a picturesque locality, 5 km kilometres away from Kotagiri town, overlooking a beautiful mountains and valley, this home has a gorgeous garden and a lush green lawn that is one with the surrounding tea plantation. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, May Fair Vista is a place you can relax and connect with nature. Here you can catch the sunset as it sets over the valley, take long walks on windy roads or get yourself lost in the forest trails. The bedroom listed here is well lit and spacious. It overlooks into our garden on one side and tea plantation, mountain and valley view on the other. In the evening amazing sun set can be enjoyed from the Balcony / veranda. It is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, Flat screen TV, working table and a wardrobe. It has an attached bathroom. We do have a power backup for lighting, TV, Wifi (on that note, power cuts are very rare). EXECUTIVE BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa you can enjoy panoramic views of this beautiful hill station right from your room. - The Executive bedroom has a flat-screen TV. - Heaters can be provided at an additional cost.* - Both rooms have attached bathrooms. - 1 room has a king-size bed, and the second room has a queen-size bed. COMMON AREAS - There’s a private lawn where guests can enjoy the evening with bonfire. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 2. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked (Passport and Aadharccepted as ID proof(s)). This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. Strictly we do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check in. 3. All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details . 4. Any illegal activity including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted. are a 5. Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

About the neighbourhood : The climate in Kotagiri is pleasant throughout the year. The nights can get chillier than the day. We recommend you carrying clothes and socks that can keep you warm during your stay. We are located a bit away from the town. Our property is about 5kms away from Kotagiri town, 24kms away from Coonoor and about 27kms away from Ooty. - We are located in a serene locality. If you are a nature lover and would like to take long walks through windy roads or through forest trails, remember to come prepared with your walking shoes. - The great Indian Gaur, Monkeys, rabbits and a multitude of birds frequent the property and our neighbourhood. Keep an eye out for them. If you are lucky, you may get to spot them. - This listing can host only a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests cannot be accommodated. - In case you are stepping out in the evening, we would recommend you return not later than 9pm, as a safety measure taking into account the wildlife in our neighbourhood.
