We built this place as a Get Away from the city and aptly called it 'Nivaant' meaning Leisure. This place truly lives upto its name and we are sure that you will fall in love with it once you get there. It is located in Chaul which is 17 kms ahead of Alibag on the way to Murud. The house is located in the midst of a Coconut and Betul Nut Plantation which spans over approx an acre.The farm house is tastefully designed and has a spacious living room, kitchen and a bedroom which can comfortably host up to 10 guests. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a sofa cum bed in the common area and divans in the Living Room. In addition, floor mattresses can also be provided, if required. Authentic home made and delicious cuisine can be provided by the caretaker on prior intimation at a nominal rates. The patio in front has a swing and ample seating for enjoying your morning cuppa. The terrace makes a perfect place for spending your evenings with your near and dear ones for coffee, conversations and more. The property has been fitted with amenities such as Cable TV, WiFi and inverter with back up of 5 hrs to avoid inconvenience during power outages.

As I love travelling and discovering new places, I totally understand the requirements of a fellow traveller and have tried to maintain the same at Nivaant. The essence of Nivaant as a farmhouse has been retained whilst providing the guest comfort and cleanliness.
