The property is situated very near to the famous marari beach. guests could walk tot he beach via an adjasent pocket road. takes just 5 minutes by foot to reach a very secluded strech of the beautiful beach. Situated within the compound is a Kalari (Where Kalaripayattu the traditional martial art of Kerala is taught,) Guests could either see the performances / demonstrations (both kalaripayattu and also other performing arts of the state) or participate in lessons. Also within the compound is our Ayurvedic Spa which offers authentic Ayurveda and Panchakarma experiences along with Kalari Chikitsa for those who wish to experience the same. We have 4 lettable rooms in two duplex villas. Two rooms on the ground floor and Two on first floor. All rooms are very spacious, air conditioned, well furnished will all modern amenities. All rooms feature comfortable 12" thickness memory foam mattress extra long size. 72"*78". All rooms have very high ceilings, genuine oil paintings, noise proof doors and windows. Rooms on the ground floor feature a sit out where as rooms on the first floor feature a balcony.

The property is situated near a very peaceful fishermen village, all the people are very friendly towards the guests. Guests could indulge in many activities like cylce rides, elephant safari, angling, kayaking etc.
