Mahendra Niwas conceptualized by Rawat Mahendra Singh Ji of Ghati Jagir along with his better half Rani Sheetal Kanwar. The foundations of this stunning property are laid upon an equally unbelievable terrain, a Kota stone mine. A remarkable geo-engineering feat wherein the deep pits were first filled up using stone waste which was then topped up with soil that previously belonged to the same land. It was a deep rooted sense of sustainability that made the owners convert the wasteland into this exceptional abode. The terra firma was reinforced using trees as natural binding agents, which along with their personal love for trees explains their abundance in the surrounding lands.
