Built in the year 1864 AD, located at the river bank of Holy river Pampa .The architecture of the house is Portuguese colonial style. Major parts of the house is built using teak and rosewood. The wooden feeling brings an automatic warmth and coziness to the space. The designs will take the love of the wood to another level. Not only are beautiful hard wood floors found throughout, but the natural grain carries up across the windows, into the shelves units, cabinetry and even across ceilings.
Guests are welcomed to enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere and the natural beauty around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Traditional Kerala cuisine is prepared from our own organic kitchen garden. Who does not love to spend time lazily lying in the river? Activities include farm tourism, boat ride, fishing, barbeque. Trips to nearby waterfalls and jeep ride through forest is another attraction . Popular tourist attractions nearby are Gavi which is a hill station and a tiger reserve forest (65 K.M) . Holly Sabari Hill which is the most famous pilgrim in Kerala (58 K.M) Kumarakom backwaters is part of vembanad lake and a bird sanctuary (62 K.M).
