SaffronStays Parsi Manor is a 4-bedroom villa for rent in Matheran, Maharashtra. This private villa built in the 20th-century is located in Matheran, perfect for your do-nothing, lazy holiday. There are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa has old-world style poster beds, a large dining table and lazy-armed chairs in the verandah for you to relax and unwind. Come here to disconnect- There is no TV, barely any cell reception and virtually no way to communicate, except with each other and nature. Security Deposit: INR 5000 per room & room must be paid online, 48 hours before check-in or in cash to the caretaker before check-in. We serve healthy, home-cooked meals at our home. Payment for all meals needs to be made to the caretaker on site. Veg Meal: Adult/Kid INR 500 per meal per day. Non Veg Meal: Adult/Kid INR 600 per meal per day. Parsi Meal: Adult/Kid INR 700 per meal per day. All the guests must provide a government approved ID proof before check-in. The caretaker will be available at the villa from 8 AM to 10 PM. Any services needed beyond these hours are chargeable at INR 500/- per hour. The home is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have a genset which burns out beyond 6 hours of usage. So, it will be turned off after every 2 hours for 30 minutes in order for it to be used throughout the day. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes. Outside food is allowed. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
