This rustic-luxe homestay in Karnataka is on a river island in Udupi. Sit out on the gazebo by the river at this romantic getaway near Bengaluru & gorge on delicious seafood. Gorge on some delicious food prepared by our in-house cook & enjoy your stay with great services by our caretaker & housekeeping. The charges for the pets are INR 1000 per pet per day. If the dog is big breed , then guest will have use the ground floor standard room due to the spiral staircase to first floor premium room. If the breed is small, then they can carry the pet upstairs All 4 cottages are Air conditioned. 2 CCTV cameras are installed at reception & in common areas for security purposes. (Vedavathi and Netravathi) Meals are available at an additional cost. The charges for per person are as follow Breakfast: INR 250, Lunch: INR 350, & Dinner: INR 350. Meal charges for per child (between 7-12 years) are as follow Breakfast: INR 150, Lunch: INR 250, & Dinner: INR 250. Fish & Mutton preparations can be availed at an extra cost & are subject to availability. Guests are requested to give one-day notice so that our caretakers can procure the ingredients. Please note, kids up to 6 years will not be charged for meals Guests can hire the speedboat at an additional cost of Rs. 3,500 (one round) and explore the backwaters. Rent a vehicle for INR 2000 and use it for up to 12 hours and 250 kms. If you need to go further, it’s just INR 12 per extra km. A great deal for your day of adventure.

The home is located close to the popular touristy spots, Malpe Beach and Kaup Beach, both half an hour from the home. Both the beaches offer scuba diving and water sports. St. Mary’s Island, another famous site is just an hour from the villa. Shri Krishna Mutt Temple in Udupi is just 20 minutes from the villa. Guests can hire the speedboat at an additional cost and explore the backwaters Since it is an island, it is surrounded by Swarna river from three sides. It is a tourist spot. The water body is safe. Drivers Accomodation : Rs:1200/- without meals There is some construction activity happening in the same premises for the new villas, which are almost ready, during the day time. The noise is almost negligible and will not interrupt your stay at all. *Guests can hire the speedboat at an additional cost of Rs. 3,500 (one round) and explore the backwaters.*
