In case the traveller arrives earlier than the check-in time, the guest can hang out in the common area until check-in time.
Guests are liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear, to hostel assets. Guests shall keep the hostel room in good condition, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.
Pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.
The Hostellers Unbox Café serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, we promote self-service in all our cafes.

Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. Modifications to the booking are allowed only within 60 minutes of reservation. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
