Located behind Lilavati hospital with distant Sea Views, with easy access to highways and the rest of the city. Step right out and walk to a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. High end bedding with 500+ Threadcount sheets, comforters provided. Both the bedrooms have split AC units There is a full kitchen equipped with essential utensils for cooking, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, washing machine and drying area . The other amenities comprises of Lift, Fire Safety, 24 Hr Backup Electricity and 24 Hr Water Supply, safe location with 24 hour security. Living room A/c is only operational on request. At the same time it's a highly walkable neighbourhood. There are many cafes (including a Starbucks) and famous restaurants, steps away from the building.
