Located next to Lake Blundsvatn, this guest house is 15 minutes’ drive off Iceland’s Ring Road. It offers free WiFi, a communal kitchen with a dining area, as well as rooms with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, desk and mini fridge. All rooms at Fossatún Sunset Cottage have blackout curtains and access to 2 shared bathroom facilities. A bookable laundry room is also available. The cottage is located 100 metres away from Fossatún Sunset Cottage and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. The Guesthouse is located close to Blundsvatn-Lake about 250 meters from the Fossatún restaurant/reception. It is a spacious house, with 4 rooms. The view at the sunset is great in the summer and northern lights like dancing above it in the winter.
Me and my wife are the heart and soul of our operation, we have designed our concept of Rock ´n´ Troll and the menu and are the cooks. Music is important and our record collection in the dining area is our witness. Ours staff is aware of our aims.
