Minni borg is located in the middle of the "Golden Circle" which is one of the most popular rout in south Iceland. the house was built in 1937 and has been renevated in its original look. there is a mini market on the first floor, where you can get all necessities you need. Guests can order breakfast baskets in the mini market when they arrive and it will be brought to them the next morning.
The house includes 3 double bedrooms and one single, there is a kitchen, one living room and one bathroom. There is a swimming pool in 3 minute walking distance and a childrens school with play area just outsite. This is a very good location to stay for a few days and discover south Iceland.
If you stay at MB Guesthouse there are many interesting places nearby. Thingvellir the national park is only 40 minute drive away, Kerið is just a few minutes drive away and Laugarvatn, Sólheimar the eco sustainable city, with great coffy place, and many other popular places all with only few minuts or hours away.
