Our apartment centrally located in residential area in Kópavogur, with the local swimming pool Kópavogslaug in walking distance (700m) and Sky Lagoon is only 1.6km walk/drive away. We are only 5.5 km drive from downtown Reykjavik. You can find Grocery stores, bakeries, shopping mall ( Smáralind ) close by. Our apartment is in a newly built ( 2021 ) building with 3 other apartments. Our apart is on the ground floor with private entrance and two private parking spots. It's 133 square meters with two bedrooms so all rooms are very spacious. Each bedroom has double bed ( 140x200 ), then we can add single beds if needed in the bedrooms. In the bathroom we have washing machine and dryer and spacious shower. In the end of the hallway is a area where we will have bunk bed that has lower lever double bed ( 140x200 cm ) and upper level single bed ( 90x200 cm ). Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, normal filter coffee machine and also Nespresso machine. In the living / TV room with have big tv with apple tv so you can log into your streaming services, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
