Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

SEA VIEW apartment literally a few steps from the seafront and beaches of Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante equipped with all services and an ideal place for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. With short journeys you can reach the nearby towns of Santa Margherita and Portofino or Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre which are less than an hour away. Comfortable and carefully furnished, the apartment offers Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift. It opens directly onto a bright kitchen where you will find a hob with gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans. There is also a dining table and a television. Next door you will find the living room with a second TV and a sofa bed for two people. From the kitchen and living room window you can enjoy the view directly over the sea, to make every moment of your holiday pleasant and special. Continuing you will find the master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a second bedroom equipped with two single beds, bedside tables and a second wardrobe. Finally there is a large bathroom equipped with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) is rented from a certified company and provided for each stay based on the number of people in the booking, and is included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi. There is free independent AIR CONDITIONING in every room, except the bathroom. For the winter months it is possible to use the air conditioner also as a heater, while in the bathroom there is an electric heater. The accommodation does NOT have private parking. Animals are not allowed. The check-in staff will provide you with a card to use the rubbish bins.

The hamlet of Riva Trigoso is part of the city of Sestri Levante and is about two kilometers from the center. The excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters away: in addition to the free equipped beaches or bathing establishments and the pleasant promenade along the seafront, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets , tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. The train station is about one kilometer away, the apartment is therefore easily reachable even by those traveling by public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are car parks which, depending on the time of year, may be free or for a fee. About a five minute walk away is the large free bowling alley car park where it is easy to find a free space for your car. By choosing Riva Trigoso for your stay, in addition to the possibility of visiting Sestri Levante, you will have the opportunity to explore the splendid places nearby: in fact in less than an hour and with various means you can visit historic locations and favorite destinations for tourists from all over the world such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, easily reachable by car, train or sea via special tourist ferry lines that lead to the wonderful Portovenere. Riva Trigoso is also an ideal destination for lovers of outdoor sports: the paths that wind along the hills and promontories overlooking the sea can be explored by mountain bike or on foot for those who love trekking and walking surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, but the sea is always the heart of the activities that make travellers' stay special: some beaches in fact make available experiences with sailing, windsurfing, canoeing but also diving to discover the wrecks sunk during the Second World War off the coast of Sestri.
