You will be contacted by phone with all the instructions on how to get to the apartment and the unlock code to access the keys. You can then manage your arrival independently and avoid any worries about the time, delays, or changes to your plans. Before your arrival, we simply ask you to follow our representative's instructions regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, including providing the necessary information/documents and completing the Visual Identification phase, which will also be mandatory starting in 2025. PLEASE NOTE: - We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you're traveling for work, before booking our apartment, please check that you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. - The house is NOT suitable for elderly people and/or those with mobility issues, or those who need to carry heavy objects (strollers, wheelchairs, etc.). We also recommend using backpacks as luggage, so that walking to the entrance is easier. The road is safe and well-lit. POSSIBLE EXTRA CHARGES: 1) Tourist tax: From March 1st to October 31st, Moneglia charges a tourist tax of 1euro/night per person (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 14 are exempt. 2) Additional guests beyond those declared; we typically charge 20euro per night for each additional guest. 3) Pets are welcome, with an additional charge of 5euro per night per pet. For medium-long term bookings (8 nights or more), a flat rate will be applied.

Here you can enjoy sunny, peaceful days admiring the view, walk down to the historic center and swim in Moneglia's crystal-clear sea, or take a train and explore the Riviera to Portofino or the famous villages of the Cinque Terre. This semi-detached apartment with a private entrance is located on the ground floor and can only be reached on foot via a small road from Moneglia's historic center. If you love trekking and walking, this accommodation is perfect for you! Inside, you'll find a living room with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The space is illuminated by light from the French windows, which lead to the splendid terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the view at all times during your vacation. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a small refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric stove, an electric oven, a kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils for home-cooked meals. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Finally, you'll find a charming bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms and living area, while central heating is provided for the winter months. Bed linens and towels are provided for the number of guests booked and are included in the price. Please note that the house is NOT accessible by car, but only on foot, via a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center. If you're traveling by car, you'll need to park in town and proceed on foot. We recommend this accommodation for those traveling by public transportation, carrying backpacks, and who are comfortable walking uphill.
