Hi, we're PMC, vacation rental managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The check-in representative will contact you on the phone number provided in your reservation to arrange your arrival directly. They will show you the property and hand over the keys. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Because this is an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO 24-hour reception or staff on site. We therefore ask that you inform the PMC representative of your arrival time, and any updates, well in advance so they can be there on time to welcome you. If you have any requests, information needs, or emergencies during your stay, you can always contact PMC here on the portal or the person assisting you with check-in, and we will provide the assistance you need. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you're traveling for work, please verify that you can use your Booking reservation receipt for your expenses before booking our apartment. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS UPON CHECK-IN: 1) Tourist Tax The municipality of Deiva Marina applies a tourist tax, from March 1st to October 31st, of 1.50 euro per night per person aged 10 and over. The maximum number of taxable nights is 7. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional guests: 20 euro per night will be charged for each additional guest. 3) Late check-ins and check-outs are often permitted, by prior arrangement and with the payment of an additional charge of at least 30 euro to the person handling check-in (check-in time slot: 6-8 PM or early check-ins before 3 PM). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF WE CAN ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER. 4) Pets are welcome, with a supplement of 5 euro per pet per night.

This apartment is located just a few meters from the seafront and beaches of Deiva Marina, convenient to all amenities and ideal for your vacation in the tranquility of this typical Ligurian town. It's also ideal for exploring the area, visiting the nearby Cinque Terre villages or the Gulf of Tigullio, from Sestri Levante to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. This makes it an excellent starting point and arrival point. Wi-Fi and PRIVATE PARKING are included with your reservation. The entrance opens onto a bright space with a queen-size sofa bed, ideal for one person, and a large wardrobe. Next door is the spacious and well-organized kitchen, complete with a dining table, TV, and everything you need for self-catering: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, kitchen utensils, and crockery. There are two bedrooms: the first has a double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second offers a single bed, a bridge wardrobe, and an additional queen-size sofa bed, perfect for one person. The house sleeps five people in total. From this room, a French window leads to a small private terrace on the ground floor, where you can set up chairs to enjoy the cool summer evenings. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, equipped with a shower, washing machine, and toilet. The house does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are installed in the two bedrooms, as well as a portable fan, ensuring comfort during the summer months. For the winter months, independent heating with radiators is provided. The reservation also includes Wi-Fi, private on-site parking, and bed linens and towels for the number of guests booked. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Public waste bins are available.

If you're a sports enthusiast, one of the most popular activities on Deiva's beaches is diving: the water is particularly clear and rich in marine life. If you're an experienced diver, delving into the depths of Deiva Bay, about 500 meters from the coast, you can find the wreck of the tugboat Vittoria, a vessel built in the 1930s and sunk during World War II. Hiking is also a top activity in Deiva Marina, as the hills surrounding the town offer numerous trails that allow you to lose yourself in the Mediterranean scrub and admire breathtaking views of the landscape and coastline. Deiva Marina's location and the train station, just 400 meters from the house, make it an ideal base for exploring several Ligurian towns, reachable by short car rides or even more conveniently by train. Just a few kilometers away is one of Liguria's most famous destinations: the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, reachable in 20 minutes by train. Less than 5 km away is the town of Moneglia, a charming coastal village located a few kilometers south of Deiva Marina. Moneglia offers a sandy beach and a quaint historic center with cobblestone streets and an authentic atmosphere. Other towns also within easy reach include Sestri Levante, Chiavari, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure.
