All our apartments include Concierge service to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the area. Upon arrival, our concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and remain available throughout your stay. At departure, we will be there to say goodbye and ensure everything went perfectly. The service is also available via chat for fast and personalized support. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM are subject to an additional fee of 50.00 E. A security deposit of 250 E is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 3–10 days, provided there is no damage. DesenzanoLoft is an independent Italian company, locally managed. Since February 2025, we’ve been an official partner of Marriott International – Homes & Villas division, which certifies our quality according to the highest standards of hospitality, comfort, and safety. Marriott only certifies these standards – full management remains in the hands of our Italian team. For bookings made after March 21st, 2025, thanks to our partnership with Trenitalia, DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer all guests staying at least 6 nights in any of our properties a round-trip train ticket to the beautiful city of Venice.
