The accommodation is located in Mestre (part of the municipality of Venice located on the mainland, unlike the historic center which is built on the lagoon), in via Gioberti n. 23. The internal structure measures approximately 65 m2 and is very airy as the ceilings (wooden with beams) are more than 3 meters high and a large window connects the interiors to a large covered patio overlooking a planted garden protected by prying eyes. Any pets can use the garden as long as they are supervised to avoid excessive disturbance. The owners normally stay in the building adjacent to the Jolanda house and can therefore be contacted in person. Children of all ages are welcome. Those over 12 are considered adults. I am a retired teacher, mother of three now adult children and grandmother of three grandchildren. With my husband Stefano we aim to bring our big house back to life. We normally welcome and assist our guests personally as we live in the adjacent building.
