Suitable for hosting 2 to 4 people, it has a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine. A comfortable solution for families with children, groups of friends or couples who want to have a larger environment. The en-suite bathroom has a finely crafted shower using traditional cement tiles. *THE DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY* Elegant room designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people, characterized by a minimal but at the same time elegant style. The presence of a private balcony overlooking one of the main streets of Otranto allows you to enjoy your stay immersed in the heart of the town. A large walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a hydromassage tub make this room suitable for every type of guest. ➡️ *SWEET, NO SALTY BREAKFAST* In the common breakfast room you will find everything you need for breakfast ➡️ *ROOM MAKE-UP AND TOWELS CHANGE POLICIES* - For stays of up to 3 nights there is no room make-up or towel change. - For longer stays starting from 4 nights, the room will be tidied up and all towels will be changed halfway through the stay. - Conditions modifiable upon express request of the guest (payment of a small supplement may be required). ➡️*PARKING* 🚗 It is possible to park the car under the house on the municipal blue lines . Alternatively you can use a car park 🅿️ about 500 meters away (in via Catona).

A few steps away is the convenience of finding the small supermarket and the bakery which, in addition to fresh bread, prepares excellent hot and cold dishes every day. Turning the corner, the public gardens and the sea are the backdrop to the many bars, the covered market and the walking and shopping streets.
