Colli di Travale was in origin a medieval convent joint to the powerful Cistercian Abbey of San Galgano. It's in the middle of Tuscany, between Sienese Chianti at east, and Maremma at west. You will drive along a beautiful road, through some of Tuscany’s most charming landscapes. Colli di Travale was restored with care and passion with natural and traditional materials, such as wood, stone and terracotta. It is surrounded by woods of oak and chestnut trees, in a beautiful countryside, unspoiled by industrial development or pollution. It's not far from the main road (mt. 100) that goes to small village Travale (km. 1,5) and to Montieri (Km. 5) where there are the chemist's, the bank, the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher's, bar, restaurant and the Tourist Office.

I like nature and the outdoors, I love reading, history, archeology and trips. I love the area where I live: the Tuscany - Maremma. Many years ago, I bravely decided to start a new job in the country: now I have an organic farm of 185 acres and I host tourists.
