The Pakravan-Papi estate is located in Tuscany, in the northern Maremma region, in Riparbella, Pisa district. Starting from the year 2000, Amineh Pakravan and her husband Enzo Papi decided to revitalize the ancient wine-making tradition of the region and boost it with new technologies. The first step was the establishment of a new vineyard and a new cellar. Then, in 2015 they started the renovation of the two farmhouses dating back to 1745, at the behest of Marquis Carlo Ginori – well-known for establishing the Doccia porcelain manufacture – for accommodating the farmers employed in the northern Maremma’s land reclamation works.

The Ortacavoli farmhouses are the heart of the Pakravan-Papi holiday farm, dominating the hilltop just 7 km away from the seashore. The view from the hill is breathtaking and takes in 20 km of the Tuscan coast, the Tuscan archipelago islands, and far in the background, the Island of Corsica, all at a glance. All around, the gaze rests on a pristine landscape and wanders over Mediterranean maquis, Pakravan Papi estate's olive groves and vineyards, and medieval towns. All the apartments, of different sizes, are finely furnished and offer every comfort, from air conditioning to wi-fi flat even in the outdoor areas. A carefree holiday is our holiday concept, a carefree time in the comfort of independent apartments with common areas and services. We offer our guests a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a barbecue area, as well as trekking and cycling experiences to enjoy the nature reserve (MTB free of charge, e-bike service at an extra charge).
