I'm Roberta, and I've always worked in tourism, and traveling has been my greatest learning. It was a journey through different geographical locations that over time became a journey into inner self through yoga and meditation, aromatherapy, and the pursuit of plant-based cuisine. With the Alabianca project, I try to offer a vacation that is also a moment of reflection and self-care, a simple place where I can welcome you and share all that is beautiful and good here...

We are located just 9 km from the city of NOTO, 450 meters above sea level, in a small, easily accessible hamlet of country houses, immersed in the silence of typical Sicilian vegetation. A few kilometers away are the ruins of Ancient Noto with its wonderful lakes, hidden like a treasure chest within the Cava Carosello. If you enjoy walking, from here you can explore several walking routes in the beautiful Val di Noto, through meadows, hidden caves, and pine forests... A 20 to 30-minute drive away is the fishing village of Calabernardo and the golden beaches of the Vendicari Reserve, as well as the magnificent Syracuse with its dazzling Baroque architecture. Further inland, you'll discover a Sicily still rooted in the values ​​of its territory, in the town of Palazzolo Acreide and the small villages of Buccheri and Buscemi, surrounded by woods and whose hills offer majestic views all the way to Mount Etna.
