Vacation in a genuine farm house! This charming 77m² apartment is located in Riffian (Rifiano), an idyllic town situated in the Alps in northern Italy's South Tyrol area. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 spacious bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment features free Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television. The apartment is suitable for children and is equipped with a baby bed (upon request; free of charge). Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony or relax outdoors in the furnished garden, which is a shared feature. There are a number of restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafes just a 2 to 3 minute drive (1 km) from the property. The apartment is located directly on the Riffianer Waalweg, the jumping off point for many hiking areas, such as the Tappeinerweg Trail or the Apfelweg just 8 to 10 minutes (5 to 6 km) by car. The Meran 2000 Ski Resort is just a 13 minute (9 km) drive by car and there are over 173 cycling trails of various kinds that wind through the beautiful mountain landscape.
