A family from Riva lets an apartment in the town centre with 2 bedrooms, living room with open-plan kitchen, and bathroom. Nice views over the roofs, lake and mountains. FREE private parking 50 metres away. Independent entrance on the 4th floor (no lift). Beach 10 minutes away. Restaurants and ice cream parlours close at hand. This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with all the advantages of a central location. Spacious and bright, the apartment is furnished according to our tastes, with all the comforts of a home. The living room-kitchen and the double bedroom have sloped ceiling and skylights. Parking is available 50 meters from the house at Terme Romane Parking, private area, third basement floor, the cost is 15 euros per stay to be paid on site.
We live next door! The reception is usually done by us but it may happen that, in our absence, there is a delegate of ours. Guests will be contacted one week before arrival.
Shops, bars, gelato parlours, restaurants, weekly market and supermarkets: all close at hand! The beach is 10 minutes' walk away.
