Located on the second floor of a beautiful building, the flat is furnished in a modern style with maritime colours and consists of a living/dining room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom and a bathroom (year 2023) and can therefore accommodate 3 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a shared washing machine, a baby bed and high chair. Outside, guests can eat together in the open air thanks to the barbecue on the small private terrace and enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The lakeside promenade is just a few steps from the front door, while the pebble beach in Cassone is a 2-minute walk away (150 metres). The property has a garage at your disposal and a private pier.
