20 meters from the lake and in the most beautiful location of Peschiera del Garda (at least for me) I have a two-room apartment of 50 square meters, simple, essential, a little vintage and a little not, but comfortable. Located on the first floor of a small complex of three units, accessible by an internal spiral staircase, not very easy if you have large luggage and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a four-burner hob with electric oven, all in stainless steel, air fryer, microwave and, for breakfast or moments of relaxation, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed for a regenerating rest and finally the bathroom consisting of a spacious shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. Kitchen, bed and bathroom linen will be provided. You can also enjoy free air conditioning and WiFi connection The location is a residential, tourist, quiet and convenient area to be reached by taxi or public transport as it is just a few minutes walk from the bus stop while those arriving by their own means can take advantage of free parking. Very close to the main services such as the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants/pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, coin-operated laundromat and sports facilities, all within walking distance.

Moving 5 km we arrive at Sirmione with its Grotte di Catullo, Villa Callas and the Terme di Virgilio, at 7.5 km the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia, at 23 km the Verona-Villafranca airport and at 25 km Verona. The area also offers the possibility of practicing various recreational activities such as taking a tour of Lake Garda by boat, renting a boat, a Vespa, a bicycle and reaching Mantua via the cycle path that runs along the Mincio river, taking a tour of the Venetian walls of Peschiera by kayak, Sup or Gondola, guided tours of the cellars with tasting and much more.
