Our 50 m² “Literary Apartment - Art & Design” was completely renovated in 2024 in a style that deliberately respects and enhances the ancient nature of the building, revisiting its spirit and innovating its liveability. The two-room apartment is located in a historic building in the heart of Grosseto's old town, on the first floor without a lift. The flat is composed as follows: living area with kitchenette complete with all amenities, TV area with table and chairs, king-size sofa bed, a utility room with washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, a beautiful bedroom with flat-screen TV, a walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and professional hairdryer. The flat is equipped with: external camera at the entrance, security door, electric kettle and coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, security safe, washer-dryer, 2 flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and much more. The accommodation is very quiet and bright with a view of the literary garden of the Grosseto municipal library.
