This holiday apartment, situated in Livigno, overlooks the nearby mountains and is perfect for your dream winter holiday, with Palipert ski resort close by. Newly built it is located in a quiet peripheral area to enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains. Flat equipped with every comfort, two double rooms with mountain views, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen separated from the living area with sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, is also available for your use. Free parking is available in a private area directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed. No smoking inside the flat. Silence after 11 pm is appreciated. Ski storage is available. Maximum number of Pets: 1. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
