Our accommodation is a comfortable and modern apartment, hosting up to 4 people, with one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room area. Both the apartment and the building have been fully renovated in 2024. We are on the third floor, with an elevator, offering a perimetral balcony with a view and a panoramic terrace on the building top, connected through an outdoor spiral staircase (reaching up from the balcony) or through the building staircase/elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric coffee pod machine, a Moca machine and electric kettle. The bathroom offers a new and modern look with a comfortable oversized shower. Towels and hair drier are provided. For our customers’ total comfort, the apartment features a furnace operated heating system and heat pumps/air conditioning in both rooms. Free parking (not assigned) is available on our street, and we are at an easy and flat walking distance from the town centre (500mt), the port, yacht club and the local train station that connects Nettuno to Rome through a one-hour train ride, and to Naples by changing train in Campoleone.

At a short walking distance, you can also find shops, grocers, restaurants, bars and beaches. Right in basement of our building there is a bike rental shop, offering an opportunity to explore the coast through a biking and walking lane that connects Nettuno to Anzio safely, with several points of entry to free access beaches and establishments. The winter climate in this area is very mild and our swimming season is quite long, allowing for a vacation that can include art, history, cultural events and relaxing on the beach. Some of the many high interest sites in this area are Nero’s Villa archaeological site in Anzio, the war American cemeteries of Anzio and Nettuno, the Circeo National park and endless opportunities for day outings to the incredible patrimony of art and history in Rome and surroundings, easily reachable both by car and train. Naples and Pompei are also an easy destination in the south, whether you are driving through our highways or using train connections. Private transportation service to and from the airport of Ciampino and Fiumicino are available and can be quoted upon request. We are available to offer more info on boating/fishing excursions.
