The beautiful veranda directly on the beach is equipped with a large and valuable teak table complete with 6 chairs that allows you to have breakfast and/or lunch/dinner lulled by the sweet sound of the waves and the enchanting view of the romantic Old Lighthouse, the harbor and the characteristic fishermen's balances that provide a breathtaking backdrop that is colored with indescribable sunsets to be enjoyed from the veranda in the evening. All rooms are perfectly air-conditioned hot and cold. Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi is completely free and available in all rooms of the apartment including the veranda on the beach. High-quality factory-made mosquito nets on all windows. The Samsung washing machine is available for free as well as the Polti iron and Foppa Pedretti ironing board. Kettle, toaster and coffee machine are present in the kitchen along with a wide range of coffee capsules, ginseng, barley and everything needed for a rich and tasty breakfast, all for free. Upon request, it is possible to take advantage of a convenient delivery service from the supermarket within an hour, including a wide choice of ready-to-eat dishes. The apartment, which was the set for the first take of the Netflix series "The Old Guard 2" starring Charlize Theron, is located at the end of the Fiumicino seafront and is only a 5-minute walk from the heart of the town. Easily reached on foot is a wide choice of typical restaurants with traditional seafood dishes based on fresh fish, cooked in a simple and traditional way, as well as pubs, pizzerias, street food, tobacco shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The free beach is a few steps away. Following at a short distance (about 10 minutes on foot) are the equipped beach establishments. In summer, the apartment is equipped with free beach towels. The stretch of private beach which can be accessed from the veranda is a natural oasis and is a protected area for the protection of the Lazio coastal environment. Due to its proximity to Rome, it is an excellent starting point for discovering the eternal city. Also great for summer holidays away from the chaos, to relax and recharge in this oasis of peace and elegance.

Other things to keep in mind: 📌 Tourist Tax As required by the Fiumicino municipal regulation, the tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. This tax is a local government fee and must be paid directly to the host.
