Property information

The house "L'ulivo", named for its proximity to two centuries-old olive trees, is a dream location nestled in the Chianti region, featuring vineyards, woods, and olive groves, a large garden area, a private barbecue, and a private outdoor area with maximum privacy. Relaxing and spacious, welcoming and lively, with plenty of natural light allowing a complete connection with nature, immersed in the most beautiful part of Tuscany, our Chianti region. Just a few kilometers from Siena, and very close to numerous wineries and tourist attractions. It offers recreation and relaxation for everyone, from adults to children, with 18 hectares of fenced woodland perfect for trekking, walks, and nature excursions, controlled access to the property, and ample parking. We look forward to welcoming you in the best possible way!
