Located in Villasimius, the vacation home "Attico il Mandorleto" boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. Internally, the penthouse is 50 m² and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Available amenities include TV, air conditioning, and washing machine. The private outdoor area includes a large 40m² terrace that is half covered and equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade. The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Villasimius with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Simius beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Porto Giunco beach is a 10-minute drive from the vacation home. A large garage for guests completes the property, and free street parking is still available. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed.
