Struttura posizionata in piano centro città a pochi minuti a piedi dalla chiesa del Miracolo Eucaristico, dalla stazione ferroviaria dove partono treni per la Costa dei trabocchi, di fronte l'ospedale cittadino. A poche decine di metri è disponibile il ristorante Ribot e supermercato. Struttura provvista di due bagni di cui solo uno con doccia.
