At Palazzo Giani, there are 3 types of apartments: 1) GARDEN VIEW (Canton) sqm. 39, with sofa and equipped kitchen. 2) DELUXE (Caurga) m2. 38, with sofa and equipped kitchen. 3) SUPERIOR (Paradise) 31 m2, with small kitchenette. -The GARDEN VIEW apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, is the largest and most prestigious in Palazzo Giani, equipped with a private balcony, very bright due to its view and direct access to the garden, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. -The DELUXE apartment is an elegant apartment on the ground floor with non-direct access to the garden and external courtyard, but accessible from a corridor of the building, It can accommodate 2 guests. -The SUPERIOR apartment, located on the first floor, has a suggestive view of the Mera river and distinguishes it for its beautiful wooden ceiling. Going down to the ground floor, you will have the opportunity to access the garden and the external courtyard. It can accommodate 2 guests. The garden and external courtyard are shared with all guests of Palazzo Giani. They are equipped with free heating, air conditioning and wi-fi. We provide each guest with a set of towels and slippers. -Self Check-in mode is foreseen, a personal Check-in is not possible,

Palazzo Giani is located at the beginning of the historic pedestrian center of Chiavenna, characterized by ancient soapstone porphyries, just after the famous "Portone di Santa Maria", and is located inside an ancient 14th century palace. Chiavenna is a "Slow City", ideal for couples looking for relaxation, families and sportsmen. The building is located in a quiet area, with a garden and an internal courtyard overlooking the Mera river, exclusively reserved for guests of Palazzo Giani but at the same time it remains strategically convenient because in the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and historic shops, will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday without giving up comfort and relaxation. Palazzo Giani does not have private parking, the apartments are located in the historic center of Chiavenna, in the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) not directly accessible by car. Palazzo Giani has a bike deposit, it is forbidden to bring bicycles/e-bikes/scooters into the apartments and common areas. If you have bicycles with you, you must kindly let us know when booking.
