Let me introduce myself, I am Giorgia, a young mother of two splendid children, I took over this structure on March 1, 2023, I made it welcoming and elegant at the same time, I am very keen on cleaning and maintaining the rooms, I am always with the customer available and I try to satisfy requests and needs as soon as possible even if I am not always present in the Residence. Our hall is spacious and has a coffee pod machine with various functions, a wide selection of teas and herbal teas, a microwave, a sideboard with all kinds of crockery and finally 2 spacious tables where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation. Under the Residence there is the Ristorante Pizzeria il Quadrifoglio where you will find excellent quality products and pasta, sauces, homemade desserts with many km0 products! Those staying in the Residence are entitled to a 10% discount on both lunch and dinner, always remember to book. You will find the possibility of horseback riding, wine, honey and oil tastings, the possibility of a guide to introduce you to our hills, the possibility of renting a bike, in short, many things you can do during your stay. There are maps with various routes to discover paths, mountains and literary itineraries, various brochures of museums and villas, in short, so much to discover.

NEW MANAGEMENT MARCH 1, 2023 The Tito Livio residence is a renovation of a historic building dating back to the 1500s, with the comfort of a structure furnished with taste and attention to detail. Located in the center of Teolo, the heart of the Euganean hills in a fantastic little square called Piazzetta TITO LIVIO. Below our Tito Livio Residence you will also find the Quadrifoglio restaurant and pizzeria where you can taste our typical dishes with fresh homemade pasta, Black Angus meat, fried chicken, km0 side dishes, homemade desserts and much more.

the Tito Livio residence is located in front of a contemporary art museum. Depending on the season you will find the village festivals in October the Maroni festival (freshly cooked), in April the dumpling festival (handmade) and in August the Villegiante festival with food stand, entertainment and show with live music and I dance. From here you can set off to explore the historical and naturalistic beauties that the Euganean Hills Regional Park offers you, from outdoor activities with numerous paths and the renowned rock climbing wall of Rocca Pendice, up to the splendid villas that dot the slopes of our hills.
