My Amazing Times is a company specialized in short rentals. We're launching also a new short rentals brand, that you will see in the next months: Nativoo. We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need.  

Welcome to our antique, yet perfectly renovated house located in the village of Ballabio, in the heart of the Valsassina Valley. The area is situated 10 minutes from Lake Como and a one-hour drive from Milan. The house is spread over three floors, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two double beds, and three single beds. Particularly, on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and on the same floor, there's a bathroom with a complete shower. Going up to the first floor, you'll encounter two cozy bedrooms with double beds, each with its private bathroom. One of the two rooms has an internal staircase leading to the attic floor, where you'll find three additional single beds and a desk. A washing machine and other appliances are also provided. For guests arriving by car, the house offers private parking. The house is an ancient farmhouse that is part of the historic core of the village, so ancient that legend has it that Leonardo Da Vinci stayed here during his visit to Valsassina! The renovation was carried out directly by the owner, who wanted to combine the preservation of ancient architectural elements with one of the most innovative environmental redevelopment interventions (the house is in class AA+++). The location of our house is ideal for those who want to explore the Lake Como region, immersing themselves in the mountainous scenery. Whether you desire adventurous hikes, climbing experiences in the nearby mountains, or winter sports like skiing, this is the perfect base for your outdoor activities.

Ballabio is a charming mountain village with all essential services, offering a true taste of Italian mountain life. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach Lecco, a town nestled on the shores of the beautiful Como Lake. For ski enthusiasts, the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts are only a short 10-minute drive away. Indulge in the local gastronomy with an abundance of high-quality restaurants and bars nearby. Don't miss the opportunity to savor delectable cheeses and salami from local producers, a true delight for your taste buds. Ballabio is easily reachable by car from Lecco. There is also a bus connection to Lecco, from where you can move further by trains, boats, or other buses. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.
