Spending ever summer in Italy as a child and now every summer with my children in Monte Argentario is the most perfect place to get away from the bustle of life and get back to basics- the sea, great food and warm people. The premontario will welcome you with it's unique sunrises and sunsets, strolls along the bays and the pedestrian walk way to the town of Porto Santo Stefano- where restaurants and bars await. The fishermen's daily catch can be seen been brought in, and bought to grill at home the same night! The region is exceptionally sophisticated gastronomically with small agriturismos, wineries and restaurants serving traditional and new offerings. The activities are endless with the national parks of Giglio, Maremma, hot springs and diving to name a few. Our home is an old train signal house, which was made completely new and so has all the modern conveniences. It has 400 count bed sheets and striped beach towels included. For your convenience we offer, self-check-in, anytime after 3pm (earlier if we can). I am available as your guide and concierge 24-7, as is my assistant Lucia on the ground to make sure your vacation is perfect for you and your family.

Each day starts off by having breakfast on the patio or balcony, looking at the sea and gauging the wind and deciding what you will do today. The direction of the wind tells you which will be the most beautiful beach of that day. The whole premontario has many many beaches and with a free bus service- no car is ever needed. The bus stop right outside the villa takes you to all the beautiful calas (little beaches) of Monte Argentario like Cacciarella, Cala Grande, Cala del Gesso and Cala Piccola. You can also surf on Feniglia and snorkel at Mare Morto as well. (you can snorkel in our bay too, which is very clean and calm.

This beautiful contemporary beach house, architect-redesigned & furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 10 guests! Chilled, relaxed, and private although it is on the road- there is private access to the beach of Pozzarello. The Villa consists of two private apartments in a villa, so two families can share and have maximum privacy meeting for big lunches on the patio around the table. We can get you the first row on the beach with our friends Pepe & Patricia. The space A light, breazy unique space with modern details, the townhouse has two floors totals about 1500 square feet. Each floor has it's own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen ensuring a high standard of privacy in each sleeping area. 8 people can sleep here very comfortably with everyone on high-end mattresses, no pull out sofas! (there are two pull out sofas in addition if you need them for 4 extra people). The house is great for larger groups but also perfect for families with children, more than one family or couples traveling together, or simply a group of 3 or 4 friends who each want their own private space and room to spread out.
