At the entrance you can admire a large living room with a large window overlooking the castle, furnished with a double sofa bed plus TV. In the same room there is a modern kitchen complete with all the necessary utensils and services, such as induction hob, sink and dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, also an elegant dining area. In the central hallway that separates the rooms there is a washing machine and cleaning products. The large and spacious double bedroom has a double bed, but with the possibility of separating it into two single beds, there is also a cot for newborns and a television, furthermore the wardrobe space with coat hangers and suitcase rack allows for an excellent arrangement of your clothes and travel items. The modern style bathroom has a splendid and large glass shower, toilet, bidet and sink with attached hairdryer. On the balcony there is a small outdoor area, with a small table, from which to admire the imposing and historic castle of Arco, furthermore there is a clothes drying area. Air conditioning and central heating present throughout the apartment, furthermore the inevitable free Wi-Fi service. Free underground private parking and cellar area for storing bikes and sports equipment are available.
