This apartment is located on the second floor of a charming small building situated at the end of the Portovenere seafront, in an ideal position for walking to the area's free beaches. Its accessibility is ensured by its proximity to the private parking below, connected to the apartment via a convenient staircase. The interior is well laid out and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a welcoming living room with a kitchenette. The true gem of the apartment is the terrace with a splendid sea view, a perfect place to relax while admiring Palmaria Island and the picturesque village of Portovenere. CITRA: 011022-LT-1000
My name is Davide, and I take care of Mrs. Giuliana's property, assisting her in managing her vacation rental.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, the free beaches of Olivo stretch out, flanked by the main private beaches and renowned bathing establishments such as Le Terrazze and the Royal Sporting Club. The area is lively and also offers a convenient beachfront bar and a tasty focacceria. A pleasant stroll along the promenade leads in just a few minutes to the historic heart of Portovenere, where a variety of restaurants, welcoming bars, a supermarket, and a pharmacy can be found, making the stay practical and enjoyable. From the historic center, following the characteristic internal alley that runs alongside the walls of the castle, it is possible to reach the imposing fortress itself, the charming church of San Pietro, and the famous Byron's Grotto. The latter bears witness to the profound connection between the territory and the great poets, which is why the gulf where Portovenere is located is universally known as the Gulf of Poets.
